Academic Auditorium and Conference Facility Our modern auditorium provides an ideal venue for lectures, conferences, seminars, thesis defenses, and workshops, accommodating up to 250 participants in comfortable tiered seating. The facility features high-definition projection, integrated audio systems, wireless microphones, and high-speed Wi-Fi to support presentations and virtual engagement. Adjacent breakout rooms are available for group discussions, tutorials, and parallel sessions. Additional amenities include climate control, accessible entrances and restrooms, spacious foyers, and technical support services. Available exclusively for academic purposes, the venue offers a professional and technology-enabled environment that enhances learning, collaboration, research dissemination, and academic excellence.

CEFTER Food Processing Laboratory – Activities and Services

CEFTER Food Processing Laboratory – Activities and Services The CEFTER Food Processing Laboratory provides training, research, product development, and food processing services for students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industries. Equipped with modern facilities, the laboratory supports food drying and dehydration, pasta production, fruit processing, beverage development, food packaging, sealing, and cold storage. It also offers sausage and meat product processing, product innovation, and value addition using local agricultural raw materials. The laboratory conducts hands-on training and capacity-building programmes in food processing, preservation, packaging, and quality management. Additionally, it supports academic research, pilot-scale processing, consultancy services, and technical guidance to promote food innovation, safety, entrepreneurship, and agro-industrial development.
